Berkeley International University is proud to continue it's history of innovative degree programs and is very
pleased to expand into the Homeopathy area of Medicine. Through our links with Iran Homeopathic
Learning Centre and Dr. Kamran Jalali we are pleased to offer the following Programs of Study.
Conventional medical science has been found to contain some shortfalls in curing a large number of diseases and
using unorthodox methods which are now known as Complementary Alternative Medicine(CAM) the world Health
Organization(WHO) has initiated a special strategy (from 2002-2005) in order to organize , improve and use these
methods. According to statistical data, homeopathy is one of the most current and fastest growing of the group of
medical cures referred to as CAM.
For the BIU/IHLC Degree Programs we have developed two levels for homeopathic medicine education and training.
1. A preliminary course for three groups (1-High school graduates, 2-BSc. or Msc. holders of para-medical or 3-Non-
medical majors, Medical graduates or medical students in last year of study)
2. An Advanced course which leads to a Ph.D. of Homeopathy. Graduates of the Preliminary Course (Diploma, BSc.,
MSc in homeopathic medicine) can move onto this after meeting the criteria needed required to study at Doctorate
Level
