The goal of the Masters of Science in Human Resource Management is to provide professionals in the areas of human resources
and management and those planning a career in Human Resources with the access to the latest applications and theories in this
field to ultimately add value to their organizations through their greatest asset, their people.  In addition, the course work will
combine concepts of management, ethics, accounting and law along with traditional Human Resource content (e.g. Compensation,
staffing, negotiation, organizational development) to empower Human Resources professionals with the skills necessary to enter
into strategic partnerships in their organizations with their colleagues in the traditional business disciplines of finance, marketing
and accounting
The management of the organization’s people is now identified as the key variable determining whether a business succeeds or
fails in the current competitive circumstances of the world economy.

RECOGNITION of PRIOR LEARNING (RPL)

A student, who has a Prior Learning achieved via classroom tutorial, vocational education, professional experience, research,
business training, or professional membership, may be granted credits in our degree programs. This will enable the student to take
fewer numbers of modules and save tuition fees.

For assessment on your prior learning, please send verifiable documents, which acknowledge your previous education and
professional experience. Documents, which are not in English, must be accompanied with proper English translation.


Requirements:-

The student is required to complete the 6 Core Modules and either a Dissertation of some 20,000 words or complete 3 of the
Elective Modules. Core modules offer 6 credits each, Electives offer 8 Credits each, and Dissertation offers 24 credits.
